Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal

Customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law.

However, we voluntarily grant our customers a right of return under the following conditions:

Voluntary Right of Return

You have the right to return the received goods to us within 14 days of receipt without stating any reasons.

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Return

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email):

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification in good time.

Consequences of Return

If you return goods:

• we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods
• the refund will be made using the same payment method as the original payment

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until proof of return has been provided.

Return Shipment

• The goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying the return
• The cost of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer
• The goods must be unused, complete and – as far as possible – in their original packaging

 

Exclusion of the Right of Return

Excluded from the right of return are:

• opened or used cosmetic products
• sealed products whose seal has been removed
• products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons
